January 16th 2008: Bominflot assumes 100% ownership of U.S. East Coast Joint Venture
Bominflot and ISObunkers are pleased to announce Bominflot's acquisition of ISObunkers' interest in Bominflot Atlantic LLC.
Initially formed in October 2004, the joint venture named "Bominflot Atlantic LLC" brought together the U.S. East Coast activities of Bominflot Delaware Inc. (a subsidiary of Bominflot Bunker Oil Corp.) and ISObunkers, L.L.C. (a division of ISOindustries Inc).
The arrangement has been highly successful, enabling a seamless approach to the companies' respective marine fuel, industrial and government supply businesses in the Eastern Seaboard states of the U.S.A. The activities are supported by storage facilities in Wilmington (DE), and Chesapeake (VA).
While Bominflot and ISObunkers have agreed to separate their interests in Bominflot Atlantic LLC, the friendly, cooperative relationship they have enjoyed will be maintained.
