June 10th 2009: Bominflot Gibraltar
Bominflot Gibraltar is pleased to announce that in addition to the own barge a further barge named Ruth Theresa in the port of Gibraltar has been chartered.
The vessel was built in 2008 and has a max. capacity of about 8,800 mts (pumping rate of 500 cbm/h).
Together with the own barge Europa Supplier 1 (6,200 mts, 400 cbm/h) and a new two years term charter for the floating storage Bominflot Gibraltar is now well equipped to cover all customer's and market's requirements and to offer a great professional service.
All products like LSFO, HSFO, MDO, MGO are available. All other grades can be provided due to existing blending facilities.
Herewith Bominflot expands and consolidates its physical supplies and strengthens its position not only in Gibraltar, but also in the Mediterranean and in globally. It is a further consequent step in implementing our worldwide Group Strategy.
With physical bunker locations in Las Palmas, Gibraltar, Ceuta and Genoa, Bominflot is already one of the leading physical suppliers in the Mediterranean. Further physical expansions particularly in the Eastern Mediterranean will be announced soon.
