The Bominflot Group is pleased to announce that Gene Owen will assume the position of President and C.E.O. of Bominflot's U.S. operating companies with effect of May 1st 2010. In his new position he reports to the Senior Management in Hamburg. Gene was formerly Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bominflot's U.S.A. companies.
Effective May 1st 2010, Mark VandeVoorde, the former President and C.E.O., has been appointed Manager of Business Development for the Bominflot Group, reporting to the Senior Management in Hamburg.
