Bominflot arranges bunker deliveries at all bunker ports in China through our long association with local companies. Generally, fuel oil 380 cSt is available at Ningbo, fuel oil 180 cSt is available at all ports except Xiamen. Light diesel oil is available at all ports, with 120 cSt fuel oil only available at Xingang.

Hong Kong

Inner and Outer Harbour

Bunkers are supplied by our local subsidiary in Hong Kong at the inner or outer harbour. Fuel oil from 30 cSt up to 380 cSt, MDO and Gas Oil are available, with fresh water deliverable to vessels at the outer harbour calling for bunkers only.

Well situated in the city of Mumbai, Bominflot can supply bunker fuels in the main ports of India, preferably with five days‘ notice.

Israel

Through our contact with the State Oil Corporation Unex, Haifa we can arrange deliveries of most grades of IFO and gas oil at Haifa and Ashdod via barge and road tank wagon.

Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, Hokkaido and other Ports

Bominflot provides a full range of fuel oils, marine diesel and gas oil at most ports in Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku and Hokkaido thanks to long-term contracts with the local Japanese refineries. Oil fence charges may apply at some private berths.

Bunkers – max. 180 cSt – are only available at Aqaba subject to avails ex pipe at one berth, if berth is available or via road tank wagons. Gas oil is available ex road tank wagon only.

Saudi Arabia

Jeddah, Dammam, Ras Tanura

Bominflot has a supply and agency co-operation with one of the largest bunker and agency companies in Jeddah. All grades of IFO up to a max viscosity of 380 cSt are available. Gas oil availability is always subject to enquiry. Deliveries are made ex bunker tankers. All product specifications are guaranteed only to Aramco standards. ISO is not accepted in Saudi Arabia.
In Dammam deliveries are made ex bunker supply tankers only. In Ras Tanura deliveries of fuel oil and gas oil are only available to tankers working cargo ex pipeline supply. Three working days notice is essential at these ports.

Through a long-standing presence that spans for twenty-six years, Bomin Singapore has reached the position of one of the top physical suppliers in Singapore, supplying a full range of fuel oil and distillates. Supplies are made at anchorage, in-port, or out-of-port limits upon request. Other services, such as Agency, are equally available in order to provide a one-stop location for our customers.

United Arab Emirates

Fujairah and Other Ports

Having established a joint venture with the Government of Fujairah, Bominflot has commenced deliveries of a full range of fuels and distillates in port and at anchorage. Through our office in Fujairah we are also able to arrange supply in other ports of the U.A.E.

Yemen Republic

Aden

Through Bominflot’s long standing relationship with the local Yemen Government Oil Corporation we can arrange deliveries of fuel oil 380 cSt (always subject to enquiry), fuel oil 180 cSt and gas oil. Blended product is not available in Aden.
We can arrange bunkering at the local refinery for tankers working cargo always subject to approval from refinery. For IFO all bunker supplies at Aden Port and refinery are only possible for ex pipeline delivery. Gas oil can be delivered ex pipeline and via small special gas oil bunker barges.
